Pastor Lucas Izidoro

Lead Pastor, Family Church

Pastor Lucas Izidoro serves as the Lead Pastor of Family Church—a community he’s called home for nearly three decades. A son of the house, Pastor Lucas grew up within its walls and was shaped by its people, its prayers, and its purpose. In 2010, he responded to God’s call to pastoral ministry, later earning a Master of Divinity in Bible and Theology from Alliance Theological Seminary. He was ordained in 2016 by the Brazilian Baptist Pastors Association of North America.

Lucas is a husband to Steph and father to Chloe—his greatest earthly gifts and sanctifying companions. Known for his Christ-centered preaching, pastoral heart, and deep commitment to Scripture, he leads with humility, gratitude, and a clear conviction: Jesus is the Great Shepherd, and this is His church.

Pastor Lucas is committed to loving deeply, preaching faithfully, serving humbly, and seeking God passionately as he leads Family Church into its next season—rooted in legacy, and flourishing by grace.
